I personally like REAL much better than EXP. I have had no issues with the tech and prefer the structure at Real.

- No physical office - Some agents suck and I wish I wasn’t affiliated

Pros - modern systems and easy to use platforms for tracking transactions. You can chat with the broker team as well as call them, easy to get set up and started. Also has a sponsorship program to recruit other agents to the brokerage. Opportunity to invest earnings in stock shares

Cons

Cons - hard to get involved and know broker team well when everything is virtual, do not have many events, high cap volume for individual agents, sometimes takes a minute to get in touch with brokers with questions
