Excellent crm/trade software, kind and helpful brokers and admin, provides agents freedom and tools needed to create the brand they desire that represents the agent as well as the Brokerage. Culture is vibrant/exciting. Kind agents and coworkers. Talented group of agents and brokers

Cons

Real is wonderful and stands out from the rest when shopping for the right brokerage - stands out from the competition . Agent mixers, optional staging services or agent to agent critiques are a few things that could improve. In person team meets are rare but should improve soon as we grow. Talented Investment/Multi family division needed. Optional costar would be great for select agents that need this tool.
