I've worked at a few brokerages, and Real is by far the best. A lot of brokerages are behind on the times when it comes to tech. In this regard, I feel Real is ahead of the curve.

Nothing bad I can say at the moment. It's a 100% commission career so you have to be consistent and dedicated to make a living.
