REAL vs Others I've Been With

Pros

Versus eXp, REAL has better splits, better ongoing training, and less overhead, so I net more of my earned dollars. Way better than Re/Max. Versus a broker that is transaction fee only, that comes down to full-time or part-time agents with full-timers are better at REAL. It's just a more professional organization than any of the transaction companies I've dealt with.

Cons

They don't use enough of our split money towards marketing. We're building our own brand for the most part. Forced to be members of NAR.
