Pros
rev share is nice, but it's a big chunk of your commission cheque if you opt into it. focused on building out your pipeline of other agents underneath you, not providing you with tools to service your clients best.
Cons
any and all support is through email, and a lot of the times the person on the other end doesn't know how to help you. no brokerage phonenumber for clients to call and book a showing either. Poor customer service for agents and anyone who decides to call in. Manually broker load all your own listings. Favourable to teams, but only makes sense for the team lead not the members.
