Very flexible company with great family values. They provide support and excellent team work. I believe RealManage is a great place to start a long term career in an industry that you may want to give a try. Nobody plans to be a Community Manager, but it is a profitable career. I am a mother of two little children and have always had great support from my team when needed, as well as the flexibility.
