Good support in house, friendly and reliable coworkers, fair pay and benefits.

Resources were sometimes not local, ie accounting department

The industry is rough

Coworkers are nice and helpful.

Cons

Industry has a high turnover and burn out rate. Salary is not bad but not great for the amount of work. And at this company cost of living wages are only given to a few and is not standard practice. Also not much potential for advancement.
