RealManage is a great company to work for and there are many reasons I say this. The company from the Executives down treat you with respect and they reward and notice achievers. If you are self-motivated in learning great technology and you excel in communication skills, this place is for you! Please note, you get what you put into it, as with any job. You must be highly organized and willing to put the time in on the job. The more you put in, the more successful you will be! I would recommend working for RealManage to anybody that is willing to work hard and be rewarded and not complain about having to put 80 hours a week in once in awhile. It can change your life, it did mine!
Cons
RealManage can surely get better with their benefits package, especially having Aetna as the insurance company. Perhaps they will go back to Blue Cross - Blue Shield again one day. They also do not match your 401K amount.
