Pros

It is a smaller company (by employee count), but it is large otherwise. Lots of great automated tools to make the job easier. CiraConnect is a leader in the industry with their custom built software package and options that can't be beat. There is also plenty of opportunity to grow with the company, including the possibility of moving to other branches/states.

Cons

It can occasionally get difficult keeping up with the rapid growth of the company, but there are worse things to worry about in most companies.

Pros

The residents who lived in the property.

Cons

Started me out 40 hours, then reduced my hours to 16 because the owners of the property I worked in didn't want RM to manage them anymore. Then RM told me they were going to find me a full-time position on another property, but that didn't happen. They bounced me onto another property and then a new manager began to micromanage me.

RealManage has incredible technology that sets it apart from the competition. There is a spirit of constant improvement and an upbeat, optimistic feel. This is a family environment where loyalty and hard work are rewarded.

Cons

The environment is very fast-paced and might not be a fit for everyone. You probably won't be happy here if you are just looking for a place to get a paycheck.
