Pros

You are helping people develop communities within their neighborhoods.

Cons

RealManage overloads employees with accounts to the extent that we were unable to be effective. Managers with large portfolios were given sub par assistant managers, creating a customer satisfaction nightmare.

Pros

Great company culture (laid back but professional), employees care a lot about their work, little to no helicoptering, and the service from what I can tell could use a little improvement in speed but ultimately very good. The software platform is slow to respond, but extremely complex (in a good way)

Cons

Can be tedious. Interview and hiring process took almost 2 full months. A fair bit of red-tape: client will email customer service, who transfers to me, who then transfers it yet again to get to the right person. This attributes to the speed issue where some things can take a fair amount of time to get pushed through. Pay could be better, but it's probably my own professional experience that reflects my current pay.
