      Very good company; friendly, family atmosphere.

      worked away from home office so did not have connection to that office.

      Pros

      The software is incredibly advanced making a community association managers job much easier. The staff is terrific. Traffic anywhere is horrible.

      Cons

      Overloaded workload, not enough employees for the amount of communities, it's not required but the norm seems to be long hours whether it be through lunch or at home after hours remotely. Even though the software is advanced there is little training and if you're a new LCAM you don't learn as much because of it. So much is taken care of through corporate and the software you don't seem to really get a true picture of what managing is all about. Half your day is spent getting bids. A glorified maintenance supervisor.

      Pros

      Schedule is flexible as long as you are meeting deadlines. The software is truly the best in the industry with comprehensive financials. Education and credentials are encouraged. Accountability and teamwork are both expected and attainable. Constant communication from leadership at branch and executive level.

      Cons

      The benefits, particularly health coverage and a PTO scale, have much room for improvement. More accounting support is needed, which is already in process.
