      Top level leadership is fantastic with training and direction without micromanaging. The business model and technology also make this an exciting place to work as other management companies cannot keep up, leading to consistent growth on our part.

      Cons

      Type A personalities will have a challenging time not checking emails and phone calls after work hours.
