      Pros

      This is the most encouraging bunch of people I have ever worked with and it is refreshing that a company will continuously praise you instead of only looking for your faults. The technology that we work with is amazing and makes my job so much easier. I have been in this industry for over fourteen (14) years and I have never felt more appreciated as I do with RealManage.

      Cons

      There is not really anything that I have encountered at RealManage that I would consider a con to working here.

      If you want to be a part of something special and a company that has a platform far greater than the industry standard this is the place. Leadership believes you are either getting better or worse and they strive to improve daily.
