Good place to start ur career and know the biz, but long ladder to climb in order to reach next level
Pros
The pay package, and work location is great, nice weather and everything . And also its advanced techolohy will put u in a front line in this industry. also, the company is close to residential area which is easy to commute, much better than working in other cities such as LA or SF. The campus recruiting was surely impressive, at least better than many other tech companies. On job training is good too, but someimes, peer-peer learning should be of a more focus than having outside training courses. That way training can be more relevant. The insurnace package is decent.
Cons
too long a line of reporting, something needs to take a while to get approved, including good ideas. Fresh kids don't get too much interactions w/ folks from other departments. And sometimes there is a feeling that we dont really know what people in the next room are doing, nor they know what we are doing. There isn't that clear a master calender of things, so sometimes there are timing conflicts that makes everyone thinks what they do is the most imoortant stuff at this moment, thus why the hell other folks just don't get it that we are now into something urgent.
