      Delta Dental and health insurance in general for regular visits. Balance Work/life. Freedom of organisation. Some really interesting project on paper

      lack of career opportunities. Wage Increases are negligible. Permanent reorganization. Huge lack of leadership. Upper management is arrogant and ignores competition. Upper management is not really brave regarding difficult decision. Upper management is well Rob Glaser only it seems.
