Thank you for your post. I'm glad you are finding many positive things about the company as we are trying very hard to put forward an inclusive work environment. We have thought long and hard about the PTO plan and we made the decision that we want people to use their PTO. Its good to take a mental and physical break to do the things that are most important to you. Glad you're on board and I look forward to any ideas that you have to make our company even better.
