Cons

Acquires companies with good culture and then converts them into corporate machines with little incentive Upper management makes decisions and doesn't value team input Low pay and delayed cost of living wage increases Loss of important middle management positions Management doesn't understand the roles they are managing/supporting Transitioning/outsourcing most positions/work to offshore teams while keeping skeleton crews to manage the remaining workload
