[Most] of the people are what keep us here. ‘Unlimited’ PTO Lots of opportunity to move around and learn

Cons

Shift in middle/upper management has led to major attrition that doesn’t seem to be slowing down unless there are major improvements. Being told that checking in during PTO is “required every day or time off isn’t approved”. Mass chaos trying to deliver SO much with very little resources and time.
