The initiative supports a wide range of courses, allowing flexibility based on individual career goals. I personally benefited from this program by completing an Advanced UI/UX Design certification from JNAFAU, which has significantly enhanced my professional capabilities. It reflects the company’s genuine commitment to employee development and long-term career growth.

Cons

The Tuition Reimbursement Program is a great initiative, but the application and approval process could benefit from clearer guidelines to help employees navigate it more easily. Internal communication and awareness about the program could be improved—many employees may not be fully aware of its availability or how to apply. A more proactive promotion of such initiatives would encourage broader participation.

- Better pay parity as compared to other competitors especially startups - Good PTO (only if you can plan it well) - Lots of community outreach and CSR

Cons

- Better empathy required from upper level management specially Managers (especially for acquired teams/start-ups/companies) in terms like leave applications, appraisals, etc. - Better communication from immediate seniors (Managers again) so that there is transparency and equality maintained.
