Pros

RealPage provides better care and benefits to its employees. People are very friendly, comfortable and accommodating from the Management down to entry level employees. Facilities are clean most specially comfort rooms and pantries. They have mini gym and playroom, they also allow employees to bring kids at work. And many more to mention.

Cons

Computers are slow. 1 concessionaire at the 2nd floor pantry is not friendly, accommodating and doesn't have a sense of urgency. Pedestals are not given on time to new hires.

Pros

Very good compensation, benefits, great people and management and you will feel that you are one of the important assets of the company. It feels like a family at work. Awesome place to work with!

Cons

Some of the process are not synchronized with other departments.
