      Pros

      Management is approachable and pay is more than competitive.

      Cons

      Politics are thicker than most places, internal communication is almost non-existent, and facilities is worthless. They are having major growing pains while transitioning from a small company to a large company. Career paths for engineers only.

      Lots of growth in certain departments and lots of nice people.

      Cons

      Quit hiring people based off their Resume, they can be FAKED! Hire managers that have people skills and not head bashing skills. As my title implies, upper Mgmt. at RealPage does not know their left hand from the right hand. Communication skills are not weak, they are non-existent and you will be hammered for it.
