The culture of this company is great and will support you in any possible way. Friendly management, rewards & recognition, provides work from home when required. I have been working since 5 years and developed good rapport with majority of Teams. Being a senior person in the Product, my Manager respects my opinion/thoughts in decision making and guides me in every aspect for my career growth. HR has been supportive all the time whenever required.

I'm a IT Guy and I manage around 100's of Opensource Databases. Everyday is challenging to me and makes me explore. Being a Opensource guy, I've always got a freedom to learn and design/implement new solutions. I've allways got ample time to troubleshoot and find solutions during the critical issues. I got paid for couple of OpenSource conferences. Great Work-Life Balance. If you are married, you'll feel RealPage like a Heaven( kidding !!) Mid-year party,Family Day and Quarterly team-outings, Month-end celebrations are of great fun.

Cons

Food standards in the Cafeteria can be improved. Too much fun in the Office, Distracts me from work sometimes. Collaborations between the teams which has US counterparts should be improved
