Change was always this elusive date in the future where everything will be working smoothly. There is more work than available manpower, and investing in positions to increase manpower, was not done, yet promised for the future. Multiple positions were eliminated within 6 months of their hiring, creating an unknown as to the security of your own employment, while dramatically increasing new job responsibilities for the remaining employees.
