Pros
A small company, with good benefits, a management team that will go out of its way it help it’s employees. Most of it workers provide IT serves on Government contracts. iNovex works very hard to make sure that as one contract may be ending that is another one available for them to work on.
Cons
Over the last few years due to health care changes health insurance that was once 100% covered now has a monthly fee.
