      Pros

      Coming from a large company, some 50,000 employees, this is a complete 180 in terms of engagement and opportunities. The leadership team takes time to make sure that you are comfortable while working on contract and that you have everything that you need to do your job well. Recognition is given if you stand out and go above and beyond. The compensation and benefits are much better than I have seen in many other companies that I looked at before joining. I would highly recommend everyone to check them out.

      Diverse team of motivated technologists. Lots of fun employee events and great culture make me feel like I'm part of the family and my contributions matter.

      Cons

      Primarily govt. contractor, so internal mobility depends on clearance.
