New management team, innovation is taken really seriously. I like the direction we are going in.

Cons

Benefits are a bit sparse - but the work is good and the Real Estate business is really exciting.

Attempted to do the right thing - but the follow through just didn't seem to be there.

Cons

The company lacks effective communication. So often we the sales reps were not informed of major issues and were left looking stupid to the clients.

#1 in it's category. Move has recently been committing to and delivering on promises to execute on a business model that will allow it to stay at the top and even broaden the gap between itself and it's nearest competitor. Internally, Move is adopting a management style that rewards based on planned results. Everyone should know weather they're hitting their mark or not. Performance meetings with Managers shouldn't uncover any surprises with clear expectations.

Cons

The threats of a continued decline in business volume still looms.
