Pros

Good growth opportunity and smart people ...Great PTO (4weeks). Move up fast because of high turnover

Cons

Projects are ALWAYS falling behind and you will be expected to pull a rabbit out of a hat to still launch on time. Very little work life balance. Timelines are not respected by management so everything becomes “outside of the process”. Everyone is overworked with low pay. Not worth sacrificing your family. Typical week is 50-60 hours. After 5 years, I had to put my children first and left to another CPG. Over 50% of your team will leave within 2-3 years.

Pros

All of sr leadership is from other countries so they really have no grasp on the business. So if you can do internal presentations, it is easy to look good in sales by just playing the game. Turnover is high, so people advance quickly. You will find lots of people way over their head in key roles

Cons

I came to RB for their entrepreneurial culture. What I found was the complete opposite. In sales you are “given P&L responsibility “, but every promotion is dictated from trade and sr management. In sales you will solely be an executor, and spend all of your time on internal presentations.

Pros

RB is poised to become a world class consumer health and wellbeing company. They are actively investing in it's employees, and identifying ways to keep their top- especially investigating how to retain women. They launched a fantastic maternity program, with 16 weeks fully paid, and the option to take up to a year with job security. Management generally invests in their staf, and works to propell employees forward, and advance.

Cons

Advancement generally requires relocation, although they are trying to reduce this. Smaller teams offer little opportunity to advance, however you can still be compensated well with salary if you fight for it. Outside of marketing, and formulation, you will have little room to explore a career path.
