Pros

At RB you really have the chance to learn a lot, since there is a big momentum in the company. It is a company, where you are asked to take ownership for your projects and really make decisions. Since RB is moving so fast, mistakes happen at times. This is ok, as long as you have a good reason for it.

Cons

RB is planning your career for you, not with you. If you go with it, you can be very successful. Since fluctuation is high, many people are overworked or in positions which are beyond their experience.

Pros

Fast paced and fast growing company, with good brand names Promotions based on performance not time at job

Cons

Very intense work levels, with everyone stretched way too thin Change in strategic directions often to achieve short term goals No collaborative culture at all, as most people barely have enough time to deal with their own activities Poor trainings, but they still expect you to connect and be productive right away
