Pros

Less politics, flexible, open, fast pace and good benefits

Cons

Peers sometimes can be difficult to work with, local management not always the smartest, unfair bonus distribution and career/people development is not a top priority for the organization.

Opportunity to travel. There are many good people in this company.

No appreciation of experienced employees. Too many irrelevant processes. Incompetent, coddled middle management. Cut-throat environment.
