Pros

Fast Paced Environment - for those that learn quick it's an excellent company to learn and develop many skills. Good benefits.

Cons

Lots of politics around the office. Advancement is difficult to achieve despite outstanding work achieved. Easy to get swallowed in to an uneven work life balance.
