Pros

They pay for school and offer some other really good benefits, like one month of paid time off.

Cons

Management needs proper training. Not everyone in management is unprofessional, but there are some who are. So depending on your department, you might have a poor experience working there.

Reckitt Response

Sorry to hear you're finding trouble balancing your workload. We understand it can be stressful to feel overwhelmed. We know Reckitt can be a place where our pace and energy, although upbeat, can create a lot of activity. It might be a good idea to approach your Line Manager or HR business partner to work together to find a solution. There's also a lot of helpful resources on our Rubi intranet - such as time management courses - if you have the opportunity to take a look.
