      * neverending working hours (min 3 times working until midnight every week) no system, manual work is the reason of long working hours *no wish to set up automatic systems since directors are trying to prove theirselves (by acting as if there are actual systems) to expat higher management that keeps changing once in every two years. * nonstop presentation and report preparations, no actual work which results uncontrolled sales decline * too much gossip among employees
