Pros

If you're a newly graduated, that's a great company to start with because you enter a FMCG company, learning processes and a 360 degree approach to business.

Cons

Very poor work life balance: workload is very high and the environment is tough. You really don't perceive that employees are valued as a resource for the company.

Pros

They are very keen to push you in your career and you get back what you give. As long as your willing to work hard and put in the hours you will exceed.

Cons

Long hours of working and you must be very commited to getting the job done no matter what it takes. The culture can be difficult if your not used to working a certain way, however if you embrace this you can realise how much you can get done.
