      Pros

      RB is such a great platform for a marketer specially in brand management. Brand managers not only focus on brand building but are involved in the entire end to end value chain system. So basically its taking charge of the entire business development and growth initiative for the brand. Ill always be grateful to RB for having my basics right as a marketer today.

      Cons

      The work culture is very demanding and used to take a toll on work life balance. I heard it changed for the better now.

      Fast paced, you're allowed to grow, thrown in at the deep end, given plenty of chance to thrive, excellent benefits

      Cons

      Pay is lower compared to similar roles (Hull). Sink or swim attitude, constant change to key processes, no solid training, many struggle to find the balance between work and life
