Pros

The brands give good exposure and great experiences Fast progression( because people leave) Lots of potential to expand in role due to lean organisation.

Cons

New UK management team flown in from the USA need to understand that in such a lean organisation you need to look after your staff. They certainly don't and high level back stabbing and bullying doesn't make for a productive environment. Working hours are long. Sales managers are lucky to get home before 10pm. Due to the 40% plus staff turnover this year so far. Limited knowledge left in the business
