Pros

Fast paced work environment, you get a chance to do a lot of project on a short amount of time. Looks good on ur resume With no processes stopping you, you get to learn a cross section of business from supply chain to sales management

Cons

No direction from top team in terms of strategy . With changes happening within the leadership team every other month. Zero HR presence in terms employee friendly initiatives, with top team worrying about their own self, theres no focus on on developing their teams career.

Pros

There is a lot of opportunity to take on responsibility at a very early stage. There is also a great opportunity to travel and work across various brands.

Cons

There is a bad work life balance. Especially due to the awkward commute between London and Slough- lack of bars etc in Slough also mean less team bonding.
