great environment for young employees to learn fast. integration process well done, sufficient amount of responsibilities is given. You get involved in work with different teams, provided with needed training,participate in the meetings of different levels. Good feedback from former trainees. Also very international - a lot of multinational employees, international conferences which even trainees can attend, workforce mobility

Cons

a lot of changes on-the-go, and sometimes communication process fails to provide all involved people with information about what changes have been done

People, the challenge is all the good people have left, continue to leave and or intervewing.

Cons

What has happened to RB Food in the USA? In the last year we have have fallen off a cliff. How can a healthy business turn into a disaster zone? Why is everyone leaving? So many people including our current & future stars have left. The morale, values, poor leadership, decision making, promoting people who clearly are not ready and constant change in direction coming from the top has caused this. I speak for a lot of the people who have resigned and it is sad to see a successful business destroyed in one year. It is time for a change in leadership!

Working time is managable, can get in & leave as per schedule. No overtime needed.

Cons

Office politic is very strong, people get sacked easily for doing 1 thing wrong, career aspiration is not being considered, do not believe in promote from within (always looking for outsiders to fill in empty positions)
