Pros

Multicultural exposure, Well respected Brands, Career Growth Opportunities, Great Bonuses (Normally 20% - 40% for sales managers), solid strategic sales plans

Cons

Horrible work/life balance, Great bonuses come at a price - massive work load, Promotions are based on performance but workaholics generally have the upper hand, summer hours offered but many can't take due to work load and fear of being labeled a slacker, World HQ in Britain has a very tight control on US business; especially dealing with product innovation and launch decisions, Hiring managers working in US favor others from their home country - special projects & career opportunities, too lean on manpower, Reckitt flies by the seat of it's pants; many new items are presented to customers prematurely and then canceled; making reps look like fools, constant (over)-confrontation and brow beating is encouraged but gets old

Good benefit but can be extremely fast pace and lack of visibility

Pros

Good time off, new employee starts with 20 PTO and 3 floating holidays. We have summer Friday too. The company sometimes surprises us with a random time off or early dismissal. Company sends out care package with tons of company goods once a while.

Cons

Very fast pace, which is good and never boring. Can learn a lot for those new in their career. But it can be chaotic from time to time, decisions are made without thorough discussion and ends up going back and forth and being pulled into all the different directions. Seems to be quite hard to get a bonus. Very high turnover rate so constantly interacting with new people.

Pros

Results driven approach, focus on total business management so you could learn a lot. If you can survive the toxic culture that is…

Cons

Lack of transparency, poor people management and zero career planning for employees at all levels junior or middle management. Chaotic environment lacking clear leadership and too much change that’s poorly managed. No real investment in developing talent
