They let you buy your own tools on the company card. The place is well maintained so very few breakdowns. They don't cheap out with ppe/ uniforms. Good benefits. Good team of guys.

Cons

Long hours, it's 12.5 hours shift and you do have a 7 day in a row stretch but you also get 7 days off in a row each month.
