Pros

-Decent pay -Very good bonus, if paid out -Great discounts at the company store -Good products

Cons

RB is held together by tape, glue, and a few good brand names (Lysol, Airwick. Mucinex, Durex). The culture towards employees is terrible -- if you're not in upper management be prepared for long hours, unrealistic deadlines, (CONSTANTLY) shifting projects/priorities, lack of clarity/direction. They have no idea how to manage a project, let alone an entire company. One of their values is to "own your business". This translates to "if we need to blame someone, you own it." Employee turnover is extremely high (over 50%) for a reason -- people don't like it here. If you need structure, direction, and satisfaction in your job -- stay away from RB. You may survive, but you won't be better off for it.
