      Pros

      I love that I get to own my desk. There is so much room for growth, mentorship programs, my managers have been coaches throughout my first year. There is high energy and a collaborative environment. Communication within my team is seamless and supportive. My managers are resourceful when it comes to helping me in my projects.

      Cons

      Communication with cross functional departments could use some work but ultimately it is still the best I've seen at such a large organization.

      Diversity, working with People from all over the world. Company helping various causes and non profit. Great brands in portfolio.

      Great products Nice office space Not much else

      Incompetent and toxic leadership that make poor or no decisions, is unethical, engages in backstabbing behavior, and has zero integrity Zero work-life balance and you are expected to answer emails around the clock Extreme bureaucracy and siloes which paralyzes decision-making Nasty colleagues who are not team players and will backstab you at every turn High turnover Company seems great at first but soon you realize that it’s rotten to the core. Run far run fast!
