Pros

Decent pay, happy hours, nice office

Cons

Super long hours. Too much busy work, No development or mentoring program. You don’t get a ton of support, and there’s many toxic leaders in the company. They’re trying to improve the culture but still have a long way to go

Pros

- Pays well, great benefits similar to other large CPG companies - Younger, dynamic workforce. Creative thinking with bias for action & rapid results are highly valued

Cons

- One person typically carries two people's workload. Can do people with sense of ownership end up working too much. Some tenured people in the company demonstrate 'low care meter' as a result. - Bias for action many times leads to taking tactical missteps, fast pace culture leads to lack of policy adherence a well as compliance issues, High risk taking culture. -
