Pros

Amazing maternity leave and company store. Pay was decent.

Cons

Quit after a few weeks due to poor management, no organization or communication and expectations of salaried employees to work 12+ hour days

Chaos Central

Pros

Decent salaries with fairly good benefits. Vacation starts at 4 weeks, maternity leave is 6 months paid with option for an addition 6 months, fertility benefits, 401k with a match up to 6%, Summer Fridays, tuition reimbursement and overall provides an opportunity to work on respected household brands.

Cons

At an organizational/leadership level there is pure dysfunction. No processes in place to ease onboarding or transitional phases. Unclear roles and responsibilities amongst cross-functional teams. Management is fairly weak at providing guidance or inspiring/motivating. HR seemingly is unhelpful also and likely lacks the resources to help. There is a lack of transparency during reorganization. Layoffs and turnover rates have been high which leads to lack of head count in departments that are already spread thin ultimately leading to overworking of multiple roles/functions. Company culture and overall morale is low and leadership fails to inspire or provide assurance. The future of the business looks bleak. Mandated Hybrid work model with requirements for on-site work. This wouldn’t be so bad if the overall environment made you want to come to work.
