      Pros

      Good coworkers and mediocre salary. That's about it.

      Cons

      High expectations, Long hours. some night and weekend work required. High stress position supporting the supply teams. Terrible management. Quality got looped in with R&D and now while the supply teams get nice bonuses each year we don't get a single penny for all the work we do to support them.

      No work-life balance. Management changes are non-stop and direction of company is never crystal clear.
