- A highly competitive environment that is contagious - Great advancement opportunities - True ownership of your respective business - If performance permits, can move into areas quicker than others and not be siloed into one vertical

Cons

- Lean company - can be demanding at times without being sufficiently paid

-People are nice and supportive -Generous PTO -Flexible working since pandemic -Many opportunities to drive change in various ways

Cons

-Work hours can often get inconsistent due to global meetings -Hard to get promoted. Lots of overqualified people in their current positions -Median pay seems to skew below market average -No one wants to push and drive change -Not a good place to learn for fresh out of college grads (very few people with high technical knowledge) -Everyone seems to have a lot of extra responsibilities that someone else should just be hired for
