Pros

All levels of leadership have an open door, particularly for idea sharing. Live up to their core values particularly their Entrepreneurial spirit. Good 401k. Standard benefits. Great starting PTO. More of a European view on both Maternity and Paternity leave.

Cons

High expectations. Very demanding. Working nights and weekends are not off limits here. You are rewarded for your work, but you are expected to be fully dedicated.

Pros

Decent benefits Healthcare wise. Great vacation (4 weeks plus some floating holidays). Maternity leave =6 months fully paid and a year of free baby formula.

Cons

Terrible management in the quality control department. No room to move up. Managers and supervisors don't listen to the needs of their people. Pay raises do not reflect inflation or economy changes. Lowest paid quality control job in the area. Overtime comes and goes depends on the needs of the company. Was forced to take my vacation during covid after being quarantined for 2 weeks.
