Pros

Good benefits, female 6 month maternity leave, male 4 month paternity leave, with full pay. descent compensation, easy to start, workload is not heavy, laid back very nice colleagues. The product in the company is much much cheaper than the market. Free soda, coffee. Then match 75% of 401k, maximum contribution of 6%. 24 days PTO, Summer schedule, Christmas gift. Bonus will be distributed in the end of March every year.

Cons

High turn over, you always need to train new employee. it is hard for the company to add headcount because it have to be approved from the British headquarter. Not easy to get promoted. Some group has poor management. You always need to cover lazy people's butt, no reward for hard working employee, the workload is not arranged evenly. If you are hardworking, they will put more work on you. If you are laid back, they will give part of your work to the other employee. Not very organized laboratory, you need not only work on the project, but also do the lab cleaning, wash dishes, disposal waste chemicals and administrative work.
