      The atmosphere and culture at the SLC site was top notch. It’s the reason why so many employees stay or come back.

      Cons

      The structure was a bit disorganized.

      Pros

      True growth opportunities based on performance. Lean company so you get more exposure for development. Flat structure allows for exposure to senior management.

      Cons

      Challenging to manage work life balance if you're very driven. RB generally isn't ahead of the curve in changing the work place culture to provide convenience to employees (ie, no dry cleaning pick up, no subsidized car detailing services , no daycare/dog care, standing desks for all, etc.). They do have a dental service that comes on site.
