      High emphasis on personal ownership of projects, independently work on & lead projects, opportunity to travel. Opportunity to work with external partners. Good compensation package, good opportunity to advance in some cases.

      Cons

      Extremely high workload, constantly changing priorities, internal processes/red tape can slow down progress.

      Pros

      RB really is a fast moving environment but you get a super amount of autonomy to make improvements. The salary and benefits are good. 4 weeks vacation is a great bonus. Lots of opportunity. Recent changes in the senior managers are positive. Opportunity to purchase products at company store. Also lots of new activities to make the place more of a fun place to work. I really like that fact they have and cross factory employee committee too, which is a new thing.

      Cons

      Being a big company can make change slow and difficult but employees where I work are optimistic about the changes made recently and about the future of the site
