Pros

Large international company with operations in many countries throughout the world. Many opportunities to advance career. Good benefits, especially 401k, profit sharing, and 4 weeks of vacation. Company invests in developing internal talent, such as tuition reimbursement, training, and professional trade organization memberships.

Cons

As a very large company making significant changes is very difficult, and that can lead to being out innovated by smaller more agile companies.
